Loyalty Pilot Program
Together with data analysts, UX researchers, UI designers, and copywriters at Picnic, we launched a loyalty pilot program in Q4 of 2022.
Visual Design UI
Within the existing Picnic app design system, I helped create visual assets and wireframe flows in Figma together with the team of UI designers.

In addition to in-app communications, I also designed an email journey for customers which introduces them to the concept of the program, and sends them a friendly reminder when they have unredeemed gifts.
Finally, I created an online landing page with additional information for customers who are curious to learn more about the program.
